I have now made 2 separate purchase from Asquiths.
I have had very positive experiences both times and both times, the watches I have purchased have been advertised at a better price than anywhere else.
Ordering is simple, delivery is very quick and if you have any queries, someone will get back to you.

As a proper example, the second watch I ordered was originally shown as being out of stock and 1 other website was advertising a marginally better prices. So, I mailed Asquiths, and they came back quickly, informing me the watch would be back in stock within a couple of days (it was!) and that it would be cheaper than the other website (it was!). I ordered the watch and it was delivered (free!) within 2 days. Just great!!

just had to something as we was over the moon with the service.
we went in to your York shop today (Saturday 30th Aug) looking to buy my wife a diamond bracelet. we was walking in to town from the car park and saw "Asquiths". we looked in the window and went in we was greeted by a young man we looked 2 items out of the window. the service we received was fantastic he was honest polite and professional and friendly (I have been in to a lot of the larger jewellery groups and they seem they cant be a###d We said we like 1 of the items but need to go away and have a think as it was a lot of cash to us. Craig said that's fine he then gave one of his business cards with the details of the item on the back and we left. we then saw 1 the same in another store but because of the service we received we decided to go back and see Craig..

Just wanted to leave some positive comment regarding my recent order.

I tried to order the same watch twice from another internet supplier. The first time was a gift and the second time the watch was for myself. On both occasions, the order had to be cancelled and refunded. The first time, I was assured the order would arrive with me on the Monday in time for the birthday, it didn't. The second time, the order took over a week, and I still hadn't received it even although it stated on the company's website that it was in stock and would be dispatched within one day.

All in all, I've had a terrible time trying to obtain this particular watch.

I saw the watch on your website at a very reasonable price. It stated on your website that it was the last one and I wanted some more information. You promptly replied, explaining the watch was in stock and gave me the measurements I wanted.

I ordered the watch nearer 2pm, received a confirmation email stating that it would be dispatched within 2 hours. I received the watch early the next morning. Great, prompt service. Also received a follow up email from the company checking that I received the watch and that I was happy with it.

Thoroughly recommend for value, prompt and efficient service.

This site is not a jewellers as in going to a jewellers shop it is just a sales gimmick. They will tell you exactly what you want to hear, although not true, just to make a sale. Told me a particular watch would fit as they had tried it on one of their female assistants and measured her wrist at 15cms which was half centimetre larger than mine so said the watch would fit me fine. The watch measured 18cms so obviously far too large for me which the sales person would have known.

Many thanks for the very swift delivery of the 4 mm cubic zirconia studs which arrived today. I already have some real diamond studs and I needed to replace a loss for one ear in which I have 3 holes. This of course means that they are closely positioned to the real thing and I have to say I'm impressed. Its difficult to tell them apart from the real thing! I took some time to properly search the web as I have found that not all cubic zirconia are of equal quality. The settings also tend to be flimsy. These were the best imitations I have found at a very reasonable price for the quality. Thankyou!

I decided to buy a Bulova watch and chose to get it from Asquith's in Darlington as I'd received excellent service there in the past. I opted not use other internet suppliers and Asquiths promptly transferred my chosen watch from their York store to their Darlington store within 24 hours. This allowed me to examine it, try it on and all with the expert guidanc of local staff. I'd recommend Asquiths to any prospective new curtomer as their service is just as you'd like it and they'll do their utmost to provide the very best deal. I'm already considering another Bulova - from Asquiths!

Further to my wife's telephone conversation regarding the above order this morning,just to clarify that you are shipping the correct 'Love' Gold Chinese Symbol today.
Upon receipt of the correct link,the wrong link will be returned to the Castleford address.
Having had an e-mail stating that all the items had been put aside apart from one out of stock item which would be added to fulfil my order when it would then be shipped to me. I find it appalling that the wrong item has been sent, I would have thought that the order would be checked prior to shipping.
To say that we are disappointed with this level of service is an understatement.
